Wine Country Painting Retreat Workshop

Payments, cancellations, transfers, and refunds: 

Registration for this particular retreat requires a $495 deposit to reserve your space. With the full balance to be processed 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop.

  • If YOU have to cancel: Refunds are not available unless we can rebook your place. Please note that the closer we get to the event, the less likely we will be able to find someone to replace you.

  • If YOU cancel, but we can refill your spot: You will be refunded everything you have paid minus your non-refundable deposit of $495.

  • If WE have to cancel: We will refund everything you have paid minus your non-refundable deposit of $495.

Registration for in person retreats/workshops requires a $250 deposit to reserve your space, please contact Helen at 415-515-4254 or email helen.dannelly@gmail.com The remaining balance will be processed 30 days prior to the workshop.

How do I know if an in-person workshop is going to run?

Helen will contact registered participants 30 days prior to the start of class to confirm. We caution against making non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive our confirmation email. 

How far in advance should I sign up for a workshop?

Early registration is strongly recommended. Space in a class is on a first come first serve basis. We keep wait lists for classes that have reached full enrollment.

Classes

We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment and will notify students of any cancellation 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.  In the unlikely event that Helen cancels a class, the student will receive a FULL refund. In the unlikely event that Helen cancels a retreat, the student will receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.

Helen Dannelly is not responsible for airline tickets or any travel costs in the event of a cancellation. 

We understand sometimes plans must change.  Our refund, transfer and cancellation policies are as follows.

Should you wish to cancel your registration up to 30 calendar days prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a refund less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. We encourage you to consider a one-time transfer of your full fee to a different workshop in the same calendar year.

30 days or less prior to the start of the workshop, we regret we are unable to extend any refunds nor offer any transfers under any circumstances.

All cancellations or transfer requests must be made in writing to  info@helendannelly.com 30 days prior to the start of a workshop.  No phone calls will be accepted.
